May 19th, 2004 - alkyd colors - 35x50cm

Yagarash is a D&D drow character in a campaign my boyfriend runs for me. In the beginning, he was meant to be the "main" npg, then the story developed around other people too, but this isn't the point.
The point is that Yaggy is one of the funniest, nastiest, creaziest and most arrogant sons of a bitch (ugh, don't tell the matron...) among drow males. ...and this means he should be dead. But he isn't, because he's also quite a smart one, and very strong. (Here, he was going home with the head of a white abishai he killed almost on his own, and in good part by fighting it with his fists... and there was no cheating with the game rules).

By the way, the original painting has a much better light that this scanning.
Here there is a lot of noise in the dark parts, and there seems to be sort of a fog.
One day or the other I'll get a professional scanning (this is a must in order to sell prints, so in case you are interested, just ask, and be sure I'll post the new scanning and ask if it's ok before sending anything)... scanning is a problem with big paintings, I have to have that done by others.
